Chart Shirts are printed in our state of the art facility which houses the latest, most advanced screen printing equipment. We utilize automatic screen printing presses, calibrated to the highest standards, to insure the most accurate and consistent printing possible. These presses are tweaked with special features, and after market accessories that give us the superior quality that we, and our clients demand. Our large capacity shirt dryer is capable of fully curing the ink to the garment at a very rapid rate. We constantly measure this process using an advanced thermal imaging system. We even have equipment to unload the shirt from the printing press, allowing for a much more efficient operation. We tension and maintain all of our screens in house, using only state of the art, retensionable frames, the highest quality mesh, and pneumatic screen stretching equipment. We measure our screens constantly to achieve the closest tension tolerances, allowing us to attain the print quality, and zero tolerance registration that our Chart Shirt prints demand. You will NEVER see a wood, nor static aluminum screen frame in this plant!

Our Artwork department uses the latest versions of the most advanced software programs. We utilize both vector based and raster based technologies. We are constantly developing new techniques, and attend many conferences and seminars across the country to further our knowledge base. We use a high speed computer network, producing all films, and files in house, to maintain the strictest levels of control.

Our Customer Service team is well versed and experienced in handling the various needs of our clients. We are here to help, and make your Chart Shirt experience as pleasant as possible!

Our Ink Department uses a superior color matching system, allowing us to create virtually any Pantone color match. We are also very well versed in the development, and use of all special effect inks. In conjunction with our ink manufacturer, we developed an ink that is proprietary to Chart Shirts. This ink allows us to print with very little ink deposit to keep the feel of the print extremely soft. So soft in fact, that once the ink is fully cured, and washed, it is nearly as soft as the cotton t-shirt itself. We even routinely sharpen our squeegee blades to insure precise control of ink transfer to the garment.

Our Shipping and Receiving department is also critical to the operation. Orders are counted, separated, labeled, and prepped for production. Orders are recounted many times throughout the cycle, and packed for shipping to the client, ensuring accurate order counts.

In our mission to be the best, we have developed, and incorporate over 230, that’s TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY quality control steps in every print run. That means that we are checking for proper registration (alignment of colors), color control, ink curing, defective garments, and more 230 times, for each, and every job! I know it sounds sadistic, but the end results are well worth it!
